Product Show on Company Launch

 

Starting situation

A new supplier of small radio receiving devices invited employees, clients, and industry journalists to celebrate the launch of the company. The proprietor and two directors spoke at the occasion. Their presentations were to be accompanied by pieces of theater.


Objective

The objective was to stage a glittering event. SpielPlan’s task was to illustrate the spoken word of the launch presentations with theatrical interludes. A further aim was to present the benefit of the products in a clear and entertaining manner.

 

Course of action

The course of action and the core messages to be presented were agreed with the speakers in advance. Two scenes formed the transitions between the speeches. Two mimed pieces from our ensemble illustrated the benefits and USPs of the receivers.

The first scene dealt with the fact that the devices enable the subscriber to be contacted with important information at all times, even in places where cell phones have to be switched off. The second scene demonstrated how a target group (the fire service) could be contacted and how a rapid flow of information can have life-saving significance. The scenes had a total running time of around ten minutes.

 

Benefit

The mimed scenes complemented the contents of the speeches.
The benefit of the products was conveyed to the guests in a visual and memorable form.
The theater generated a unique atmosphere for the event.
