| Day-to-day working life increasingly requires us to deal rapidly with changing
requirements. Part of this is to develop the ability to view "disruptions" as stimuli and
deal with them productively. This training program
provides support for such skills.
The training is offered as an open seminar or for
teams.
Objective
Strengthening flexibility, empathy, and inner
suppleness and ability to react. Individual emphases
are:
- Activating creative potential
- Understanding and picking up on other
people’s ideas
- Direct transposition of ideas into action
- Creating (scenes) collaboratively and
spontaneously
- Enjoyment of creative collaboration
- Training one’s own public manner
Course of action
An animated familiarization session is followed
by the first exercises in which the participants
practice free association in order to produce a free
flow of thoughts.
The second section is aimed at collaboratively making up stories: all participants assemble a plot
and relationships around a core conflict. Rigid forward planning becomes a trap as everything can change
with the next sentence. The motto is "stay
flexible".
In the third section, a new challenge is added:
the spontaneously invented stories are created on
the stage. As well as thinking together,
participants also need to act together.
“Creativity in Teams” realizes spontaneous
impulses on the stage. Here we use methods from
improvisational theater that support participants in
reacting rapidly to external demands. Participants
thus develop imaginative solutions even in
apparently hopeless situations.
Benefit
- Enhancement of personal flexibility
- The behavior-oriented approach quickly leads
to visible results
- Overcoming internal inhibitions
- Strengthening team spirit (in closed
seminars)
- The training program enables participants to
experience new sides of themselves (and others)
Duration
The seminar lasts one to two days.
